Delivery + Returns
Delivery with Swiss Post
You will usually receive your order within the same week or within 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped as A-Post parcels via Swiss Post. All items in this shop are normally available from stock.
If an item is exceptionally unavailable, we will inform you or make a partial delivery.
How much are the shipping costs?
We charge a flat shipping rate of 8.95 Swiss Francs for deliveries within Switzerland. Gift vouchers are sent to you free of charge. For orders over 150.-, we deliver free of charge. Small consignments are sent as letter mail for 3.90.
Return
We want satisfied customers! If you don't like an item, you can return it to us within 10 days of receipt. Please note our return policy. Custom-made items, custom-sized items, custom colors, or other customer-specific modifications are excluded from the return policy.
Delivery error
Did you order the wrong size, the color isn't right, or the wrong item was delivered? No problem! Simply contact our customer service team by email at kundendienst@seidenland.ch.

To ensure we can process your shipment, please enclose the invoice or delivery note and indicate the reason for the return. The same applies if you request an exchange or replacement.
Return conditions
Please note that we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
sufficient postage
The return is sufficiently stamped and sent in the original packaging within the return period.
perfect item condition
We assume that items returned are unused, undamaged and unwashed. Items that have been worn, used or washed cannot be returned. Please also note that we cannot accept goods that are no longer in their original packaging or are returned heavily crumpled/wrinkled, as they are then unsellable. For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be exchanged.
Custom-made items are excluded from exchange.
We cannot accept returns of custom-made items, special colors or other customer-specific changes.
