What should I do if I don't like the goods I ordered?

We want satisfied customers! If you don't like an item, you can return it within 10 days of receipt without notice. Returns are only accepted if the item is returned postage paid and in its original packaging. We require that the item(s) be unused, undamaged, and unwashed.

I would like an exchange!

Did you order the wrong size, the color is wrong, or the wrong item was delivered? No problem! Simply contact our customer service team by email at kundendienst@seidenland.ch. Please return the incorrect items to us. Don't forget to include your customer and invoice number so we can correctly process the return.

How long does delivery take?

You will usually receive your order within the same week or within 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped as A-Post parcels via Swiss Post. All items in this shop are normally available from stock.

If an item is exceptionally unavailable, we will inform you or make a partial delivery.

How much are the shipping costs?

We charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 8.95 for shipments within Switzerland. Gift vouchers are delivered postage-free.

For orders over 200.- we deliver free of charge.

My voucher code is not accepted - what should I do?

Occasionally, a voucher code isn't accepted. Sometimes the voucher has simply already expired, or was only valid for special promotions or products. In such a case, you can enter your code in the comments section during the order process. We'll be happy to check whether a discount is still possible.

I can't figure out how to use the online shop!

You can also order directly from us at any time via email at kundendienst@seidenland.ch. We're happy to help. Technology is never perfect. We welcome suggestions and ideas for our online shop.

How do pre-orders work at Seidenland.ch?


Some items are temporarily out of stock and can be pre-ordered . We'll be happy to reserve your item and ship it immediately upon receipt.

  • Products with the “Pre-order now” button are currently in production.
  • In many cases you will receive an extra 5% discount when you pre-order.
  • The estimated delivery date is displayed directly on the product page and in the shopping cart. Please note that the estimated delivery date may occasionally change slightly.
  • As soon as the goods arrive, your order will be shipped automatically – you don't have to do anything else.

👉 Advantage: You secure your desired item immediately and benefit from the pre-order discount. The item is reserved for you and will be delivered to you promptly and with priority. This also allows you to benefit from our ongoing sales promotions, even if the desired item is out of stock.
